Therapist

Description:  Our therapists provide individual and family therapy, via telehealth, in-home or in-office.  In-school individual therapy and consultation may be provided in conjection with family-based services. 

Credentials:  Minimum of Master’s degree in psychology, mental health counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field AND at least 500 client hours of experience providing therapy services, including family therapy/parent training.  Licensed or license-eligible preferred but not required. 

Pay: Contract (1099), $35-$42/hour (based on licensure status)

Behavior Analyst

Description:  Our behavior analysts provide services--focused primarily on parent training--via telehealth, in home, or in-office.   In-school ABA therapy and consultation may also be provided in conjunction with family-based services.   

Credentials:  BCBA or BCaBA is required.  Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral-health field AND at least 500 client hours of experience providing ABA services, including significant experience with parent training, is required.  Experience with typically-developing populations, “train-the-trainer” model, in-home services, school consultation is preferred but not required

Pay: Contract (1099), $40-$55/hour (based on certification level)

Behavior Therapist/Intern

Description:  Clinicians with training and experience in behavior analysis but are not yet certified may be hired as paid behavior therapists or unpaid interns, depending on level of applied experience and skills.  Supervised experience that meets BACB requirements is provided for those pursuing certification. 

Credentials:  Minimum of Master’s degree in a behavioral-health field is required.  Those seeking supervision toward certification are required to have completed at least 2 ABA courses in a university course sequence approved by the BACB and at least 500 client hours of experience providing ABA services, including significant experience with parent training. Experience with typically-developing populations, “train-the-trainer” model, in-home services, school consultation is preferred but not required.  

Pay: Contract (1099), $35-$40/hour

Licensed Evaluator 

Description:  Our licensed evaluators provide brief (30-minute) telehealth assessments for our unlicensed clinicians.  These are one-time evaluations, conducted within one month after the start of services.

Credentials:  Current Florida license in a behavioral-health field (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) is required. 

Pay: Contract (1099), $46/hour + $5 for provisional diagnoses
